We strive to display product details, pricing, and images as accurately as possible. However, variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. TOC reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

We comply with UAE Consumer Protection Law, ensuring that products are safe, authentic, and of merchantable quality as described.

Section 3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and we issue an electronic confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TOC The Online Cart FZ-LLC may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our >> Return & Refund Policy.

TOC The Online Cart FZ-LLC reserves the right to accept or cancel any order if:
•    the product is unavailable,
•    payment authorisation cannot be obtained, or
•    the order violates UAE regulations or our Terms.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Section 4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Prices on our online store may differ from those in physical stores or other third-party platforms. From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts with their own terms and conditions. If there is ever a conflict, the promotion terms will apply.

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment details and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Please ensure your account information, including contact details and payment information, remains current to allow us to process your transactions and communicate with you when necessary.

Additional charges such as delivery, customs, or import duties (for international orders when they become available) will be clearly disclosed before checkout.

Section 5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the UAE at this time. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays, delivery location (i.e. remote areas), weather, or public holidays.

If delivery fails after two attempts due to reasons within your control—such as providing an incorrect address, incomplete delivery details, or unavailability to receive the package—the cost of return shipping and any applicable re-delivery fees will be borne by you.

In cases where the delivery failure results from courier or operational errors beyond your control, such costs will be covered by TOC The Online Cart FZ-LLC. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the timeframes provided in our Shipping Policy are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

•    The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the stated period; or
•    The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Certain products (e.g., personal-care or hygiene items) will not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
