What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa and MasterCard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments can be made securely online using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do you have Tabby or other buy-now-pay-later options?
We do not have Tabby or similar payment options at the moment.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes! We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates via our trusted courier partner.
Please note that certain geographical limitations apply, and standard delivery may not be available to some remote areas or locations within the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. These areas are defined by our partner courier and may change from time to time.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the UAE only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Standard delivery covers most areas of the UAE. Delivery to remote locations or Western Abu Dhabi regions (as defined by our partner courier) can be arranged for an additional fee — see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout, as once it has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Can I return an item?
Yes! You can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.

Note: For returns due to a change of mind or order error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Do you have a physical store?
No, TOC is a 100% online store. All purchases and customer support are managed through our website and email.
Can I order in bulk?
Our items are generally available in limited quantities. However, if there’s a specific product you’d like to order in bulk, please contact us at hello@toc-uae.com — we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
